However, the children of these beneficiaries enrolled in the benazir taleemi wazaif programme will not face any inconvenience because they will receive upcoming instalments on time as per the quarterly schedule for registered beneficiaries.

BISP Student B-form Update

As mentioned below in the eligibility criteria, registering children in this program requires the B-form. For those children already registered to receive quarterly payments under the taleemi wazaif education stipend, the government has instructed beneficiaries to undergo re-verification to update their B-forms.

Update Beneficiary’s CNIC on B-form

This re-verification process includes adding the mother’s CNIC number through NADRA to the B-form. If the registered student’s B-form is already updated with their mother’s CINC number, do not worry they are safe. However, those students whose B-form needs updating must make efforts to avoid delay in the upcoming quarterly installment.

Many families have visited BISP tehsil offices to submit their updated B-forms, but their forms have not yet been verified. BISP officials were concerned about how to manually verify the B-forms of millions of children across Pakistan, as district camp offices keep receiving forms from families and sending them to regional offices, which is time-consuming.

Further more if you need your tehsil office contact details and address you can BISP tehsil offices list by your province.

BISP App Updated for B-forms

Considering this issue, BISP management decided to ease the process for people and their official teams. They updated the BISP APP to include an option for B-form details re-verification. Through this option, the Taleemi Wazaif team will visit households to update the mentioned forms.

Families who have not been visited by survey teams yet should visit their BISP enrolment camp/field offices to submit their registered children’s CNIC updated B-forms to ensure no delay in the upcoming quarterly payment.

Purpose of Registration in the Programme

Registering them in this program will streamline the process.

Objective

Benazir taleemi wazaif programme collects data for eligible students from various government schools across the country. It offers financial assistance to those facing difficulties in continuing their education, aiming to reduce educational barriers and control the dropout ratio in the country.

The following points will be assessed for the family’s income sources:

The Benazir Tallemi Wazaif cash transfer program has certain conditions, including monitoring the school attendance of BISP beneficiaries' children. Therefore, during the registration of beneficiaries' children into the program, these conditions will be attached to the documents.

Note: If a child fails to maintain attendance and compliance for these consecutive quarters, their cash transfer will be stopped.

  • The program requires a minimum of 70% attendance to monitor the child’s attendance.
  • Children who fail to enroll or maintain attendance will trigger alerts for the monitoring team of the program.

Micro Supply Capacity Assessment (MSCA)

The benazir income support programme gathers data from provincial education departments at all schools to conduct a micro supply capacity assessment (MSCA). This assessment helps in understanding the availability and capacity of both private and government schools, including their infrastructure status, accessibility, and catchment, before commencing the registration and enrolment activities for children.

The supply capacity assessment for private schools is conducted based on the data of the mothers during the enrolment process.
