It has been confirmed by BISP officials that the second phase of the Benazir Kafaalat Program payment of Rs. 10,500 has start on November 14, 2024, across 54 districts. This installment is being distributed in all provinces, including Sindh, Punjab, Balochistan, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, as well as in Gilgit-Baltistan and Azad Kashmir. September 2024 installment has also started at BISP campsite with new payment.

Eligibility Criteria for Phase 2 Payments

As explained by BISP, the payment method remains the same as in the first phase. Eligible women should first confirm their district name and then visit the designated campsite to collect Rs. 10,500.

For women facing issues with biometric verification, such as thumbprints not matching or failing, they can visit one of the six newly partnered banks in their area to re-register their biometrics. If the thumb is completely unworkable, they can bring a family member with a valid CNIC to transfer biometric verification to their name. However, this family member must accompany the beneficiary to the BISP campsite to collect the payment.

How to Receive Cash Payment at BISP Campsite?

Those granted entry will receive their payments from a BISP representative wearing a BISP jacket. After collecting the money, beneficiaries will be asked on their way out to confirm they received the full amount. If anyone inside deducted from their payment, they should report it during the exit check.

The second phase of BISP Kafaalat payments will soon begin in the specified 54 districts. To facilitate this, Benazir Income Support Program has set up Tehsil offices in each district across Pakistan, and the complete list of these districts is available on the official website. Sindh:

Sanghar, Shaheed Benazirabad, Mirpur Khas, Tharparkar, Matiari, Umar Kot, Jamshoro, Dadu, and Badin.

Balochistan:

Qila Saifullah, Qila Abdullah, Chaman, Pishin, Ziarat, Kalat, Jaffarabad, Surab, Mastung, Nushki, and Kachhi.

Khyber Pakhtunkhwa:

Abbottabad, Mansehra, Lower Chital, Upper Chitral, Swat, Battagram, Torghar, Lower Dir, Upper Dir, Haripur, Lower Kohistan, Upper Kohistan, Kolai Palas Kohistan, and Bannu.

Punjab:

Sahiwal, Toba Tek Singh, Mianwali, Multan, Lodhran, and Jhang.

Gilgit Baltistan:

Gilgit, Hunza, Nagar, Astore, Shigar, Skardu, and Roundu.

Azad Jammu and Kashmir:

Families who have not received their December installment or are ineligible this time can visit the nearest BISP Tehsil office to understand the reason. If you want to register for the Benazir Kafaalat Program, you can register in the program in January 2025. Benazir Taleemi Wazaif November Payment Update

Children’s Taleemi Wazaif payments will not be included in this second phase. BISP previously announced that the school survey will continue until December 2024. Once the survey is complete, the children’s stipends will be issued with the January 2025 payment, doubling the amount credited to the mother’s account along with the Kafaalat payment.
