BISP Digital Wallet Account: Now Receive Payment in Easypaisa, JazzCash, and Konnect

The Benazir Income Support Program announced in July 2025 that BISP Kafaalat beneficiaries will now be able to open digital wallet accounts through BISP partner banks. These include Easypaisa, JazzCash, HBL Connect, and Bank Alfalah Pay Shop.

Each district has been assigned specific banks, and a complete list of banks by district is shared below. Beneficiaries can visit their designated bank branch, open a wallet account, and receive future Kafaalat payments PKR 13,500 directly into that account without needing to visit the BISP camp office.

What is BISP Digital Wallet and How to Use it?

BISP Digital Wallet is a new payment method for BISP Kafaalat beneficiaries to receive their future financial assistance 13,500 starting in August 2025. This change aims to end the long waiting lines, reduce illegal deductions, and provide full control of the payment to the female beneficiary herself.

You don’t need to go to an agent or stand in a queue. Once your account is created in the assigned mobile wallet, you’ll get the full payment on your mobile.

As per the July 2025 update, BISP Kafaalat beneficiaries will open digital wallet accounts through partner banks. Each bank is assigned to selected districts. Below is the accurate division:

How to Create a BISP Wallet Account Step by Step

1. EasyPaisa Wallet for BISP (BISP Registered SIM Required):

• Insert your registered SIM in your mobile.
• Visit Telenor Microfinance Bank in your district.
• Provide CNIC and Mobile number, follow steps to verify biometrics.
• BISP payment will be auto-transferred when released.

2. Jazz Cash Wallet for BISP (BISP Registered SIM Required):

• Visit Mobilink Microfinance Bank in your district.
• Provide your original CNIC and Mobile number to bank representative.
• Enter your CNIC and verify fingerprint at bank.
• Wait for SMS confirmation from BISP.

3. HBL Konnect Wallet for BISP: (BISP Registered SIM Required)

• Visit nearest HBL Konnect bank or use HBL Konnect App.
• Provide CNIC and phone number.
• Complete biometric verification.
• Link BISP CNIC with Konnect account.

Important: Use only SIMs registered under the female Kafaalat beneficiary’s name. Payments will not be transferred to other names.

Who Is Eligible for BISP Digital Wallet Payments?

You must fulfill the following conditions:

• Be a registered beneficiary of BISP Kafaalat Program.
• Your CNIC must be valid and verified by NADRA.
• You must complete the BISP Dynamic Survey 2025.
• SIM must be registered on your own CNIC.
• Complete biometric verification with assigned bank.

What Will Happen to Old BISP Payment System?

BISP has clearly announced that the previous agent-based and camp payments will slowly be discontinued. By September 2025, all beneficiaries will be moved to the digital wallet system.
