BISP 8171 Web Portal Update For New Registration

BISP 8171 Web Portal is an official website of Benazir Income Support Program connected with NADRA data base to show the people real-time result for the BISP payments. For enrolled women of BISP, the status has been updated in January 2026 for each category under Benazir Kafaalat beneficiaries.
In recent days many beneficiaries have been confused about their new payment status at 8171 web portal, because the 4th quarter payment of BISP has started on 26 January, 2026, in all districts of Pakistan for first phase installment, but many registered women could not receive this payment.
According to BISP officials, there are 4 different types of beneficiaries registered in Benazir Kafaalat program but this time some are eligible for a new payment of Rs.14,500, and other women are not yet eligible because of the dynamic survey and PMT score.
Also, the ineligible women are claiming that their status is showing “you are registered in BISP dynamic survey” but the payment is not showing!
What are the reasons beneficiaries can not receive their new Benazir Kafaalat Payment in December 2025:
1. Old Registered Beneficiaries Status

The reason behind this is even old registered beneficiaries are not eligible for new payments. Because, the validity of registration is only three years, and they need to update their status through a dynamic survey and it can take some time to update their new enrollment status.
2. New Registered Beneficiaries for 2026 Payment

In this category, women who have completed the dynamic survey and have been declared eligible for the program will start receiving payments from the January 2026 installment. These women will be able to continue receiving Benazir Kafaalat payments for the next three years.
3. Those Beneficiaries with PMT Score Below 32

Next, there are women who had their dynamic survey conducted this year, with a PMT score below 32. While their status shows “registered” on the 8171 web portal, they are not currently receiving payments. They too will not receive the December 2025 installment and will have to wait for the January 2026 payment of Rs. 14,500.
4. Ineligible Beneficiaries in 2026

Lastly, there are women who have applied for the Benazir Kafaalat Program and have undergone the dynamic survey, but their PMT score is above 32. Despite their status showing as “registered” on the portal, they are not eligible this year.
They will have to wait, as there is a chance that in January 2026, the PMT score limit may be increased to 34 from 32. If that happens, they may become eligible.
Remember, all beneficiaries checking their status on the 8171 web portal will see themselves as registered, but this doesn’t guarantee that they will receive the December payment.
Only those whose surveys were completed earlier and are eligible will receive the installment, which started on January 26, 2026. To know more, you can send your CNIC number to 8171 via SMS and check your latest status.
BISP Dynamic Survey news for 2 Million Families of BISP. Till December 2025

On October 16, 2025, BISP announced that 2 million beneficiaries who have been registered in the Benazir Kafaalat Program for the past three years will be removed, as their dynamic survey period has ended in 2024, and they have not yet updated their information.
Final Words
Women whose children are enrolled in the Benazir Taleemi Wazaif program and are receiving quarterly payments may also be disqualified. This is because the child’s educational stipend is credited to the mother’s Kafaalat account.
These women have been given until December 2025 to update their dynamic survey. After completing the dynamic survey process, they will be entitled to a double payment in January 2026.
